  Despite there are some bad rental places, But the Rude Manager and staff have worked very hard to become the worst rental place i have ever come across so far. According to my Experience with them once they have your credit card details , A customer becomes NOBODY. Once they give you the truck their eyes are on your Creditcard to charge customer the ridiculous $5500 access fees no matter how minor is the scratch and then tell the customer to get out of there office at the end.

  In my case i got away with lot less however my word of advice is if you can't find rental truck any where and you end up hiring from them.... Take the camera and do the videography before you take their truck out. otherwise get ready to pay for the scratches you have nothing do with, they will not listen to you and will threaten you to deal with you in the court, that's what they told me.

  Thrifty car rental in Hoppers Crossing are unprofessional and a bunch of thieves. There was some damages to the vehicle before we took procession of it which the staff was clearly aware of. Upon returning the vehicle they tried to accuse us of the damages. What a bunch of unprofessional scumbsgs. Never hiring anything from these guys again

  Had a great experience here. The team are fantastic and go above and beyond to help you. Special shout out to Lauren for all your help. Your one of a kind and defiantly made my experience with thrifty enjoyable! Would recommend thrifty hoppers crossing to all!
