    I've also had experiences where I was told they didn't have a piece of stock that I was after which I actually went and found on the shelf for myself.

    The staff not knowing about all the stock and having specialist staff to certain areas is annoying if you have to wait to find someone to help you.

    Not very good service, had to wait more than 30 min after paying, manager to release the my Ipads. However sales guys were super cool

    The staff are always quite rude here. You feel like an incidence which after waiting in line to spend that amount of money, is annoying. They never greet you. They talk amongst themselves whilst serving you. I wasn't even asked to present my card. She left me to my own devices while she chatted to ger co-worker.

    ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC, lack of staff, store is so tiny and lack of proper signs on where to go, and just so over priced. LOL 10/1000 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!! JB HIFI SUCKSSSS
