    I don't usually like group workouts, but tried the 1 week trial and was hooked so I signed up. Loving the variety of workouts they offer at different times of the day and EVERY class you will work up a sweat! F45 is for all fitness levels so I definitely recommend. Also the staff at Hoppers Crossing are always helpful and friendly...F45 where have you been all my life! :D
