  Went there today to get one document attested. Pharmacist requested me to wait for 20 minutes and afterwards he sends her co worker to send me back by saying that its really busy. It wasn't that busy. At least he could have some manners of saying sorry. Really arrogant attitude. Was going through the reviews and few of them are also related to the behavior of pharmacist is not good at all..

  Some of the rudest staff! Checkout guy was too busy chatting to his colleague, didn't acknowledge me, and didn't scan the security barcode which then went off as I walked out causing me great embarrassment. Worst chemist warehouse ever and I would not recommend to anyone

  Best chemist in Hoppers. Scripts are done very quickly. Pharmacists was hand out the medicines and gives me great counselling on my prescriptions. It's always busy in here but I keep coming back because of the great customer service

  I would rate 0 if I could. The manager of this pharmacy is a disgrace to this place. Not only was she arrogant but also rude. If you're working in the health sector, at least try to be more understanding and kind to all of your customers. I feel deeply sorry for the employees you work with.

  when asked why she was being so rude and kicked my basket, she walked away saying she didn't kick the basket, I followed her asking to speak to her manager and he was more supportive towards the staff member and both weren't apologetic at all.
