    Delivery person will not knock or ring bell even when we are home. Leaves parcels in the sun and rain clearly visable from the street. Terrible service, tired of receiving damaged goods due to laziness.

    Friendly service at parcel collection counter. Please also note that parcel collection service is also running on Saturday Morning. If you have trouble collecting your missed parcels on work days, you can do it on Saturday.

    Your postie / parcel delivery person need to be trained more professionally. One of them didn't leave the delivery card! I have to wait 2 weeks before I've got my parcel
